Wondering what you guys have used lately that is new(ish) that you've really liked. Just bought 2 lbs. of Azacca that is going to be the featured hop in a couple upcoming DIPAs. Never used it, but the reviews seem pretty positive and it was only $8/lb. at HopsDirect, so I figured that I couldn't miss. How about you all?
